Jeanette Dyer is an Executive Director of Governance and Performance at Synergy Group. She helps government departments and agencies to strengthen governance, performance, and benefits frameworks and practices, aligning with organisational purpose and the PGPA Act, Department of Finance and better practice guidance. Jeanette brings diverse experience in management consulting across the public sector, as well as a background in the not-for-profit community, health, higher education and construction industries. She is passionate about helping organisations to clarify, measure and report on the outcomes, impact, and benefits of their work within robust governance structures—supporting informed decision-making, transparency, and accountability. Jeanette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration with certifications in Managing Successful Programs and Lean Six Sigma.
