Highlights
The 9th PGCS Symposium and Masterclasses were an outstanding success! The two-day symposium program consisted of eight keynote presentations, 23 plenary and concurrent sessions, with plenty of networking opportunities; followed by masterclasses on the third day. The overall program was enjoyed by more than 400 in-person and virtual attendees. The symposium theme: success is never an accident! describes the whole of PGCS 2022.
The PGCS Project and Program Management Symposium 2022 examined the foundations needed to deliver successful projects and programs including: Building successful teams Structuring organizations for successful delivery and Managing luck (aka risk) As Roman philosopher Seneca once said, Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity, and being a part of PGCS 2022 as a delegate, presenter or sponsor was a great way to tap into a global knowledge network to help prepare for success, and if Diligence is the mother of good luck, then the diligent members of the PGCS community will be using the opportunity to review the presentations and build on the network of contacts made during the event to improve their luck on future projects.
